Renee Roberts

Renee Roberts is a co-founder of Team Wedding Marketing and Winning Team Marketing, a dual-vertical, holistic marketing agency that serves the wedding and other very niche industries. With over 33 years as a business owner, she has a unique understanding of how hard it is to juggle all the tasks involved in running a business.

With never enough hours in a day to learn all that was needed to stay ahead of the changing marketing landscape, she saw firsthand the need to create a marketing agency that could truly help small business owners the way she felt she needed help. So Renee and her business partner Marc McIntosh co-created an agency that specializes in helping small businesses meet the needs of their business’ marketing requirements.

The two brands offer fractional CMO services of customized, all-in-one solutions that eliminate the need to manage multiple providers to get your marketing done.  They have a team approach that oversees a business’ entire marketing program.

Renee’s previous career past includes working for IBM as a manpower planning analyst and working with systems and procedures for maximum work output.  The previous companies she owned and exited included producing multiple annual wedding expos throughout the Central Pennsylvania region and running a multi-faceted floral, décor, planning business that she grew from a home-based business to a large retail storefront.

As an avid student of marketing, she freely shares her knowledge with fellow business owners as she speaks at various events and on Clubhouse on the topic of tips and basics on how to market a small business.

Renee has lived in Central Pennsylvania her entire life and is the proud mother of five sons ranging in age from 15 to 31. She is also a speaker on the topics of domestic violence and verbal abuse, in households, the church, and the marketplace.
