Richer Solutions has been my dream for the past 20 years, and now I am proud to share with you my mission and values, and determination to deliver great mentoring, coaching, consultancy and results.

My career has allowed me to develop and hone my skills by working for and with the best brands in the world. Starting out on Sainsbury’s marketing team, before becoming a key figure in the launch of gift cards in the UK a lot of hands-on marketing experience was gained, before moving into the world of the creative agency.

I have worked across both sales, marketing, and strategy on some of the world’s biggest brands such as Adidas, Reebok, Montblanc, Jack Daniel’s, Godiva Chocolate, Mondelez, Hershey, Unilever.

This has created a depth of knowledge and experience in developing brands and executing marketing, sales, and strategic options. For the past year, I have lead a marketing and tech business through a transformation to become a stable and well-functioning entity.

I am now a highly accomplished, results-driven former Marketing and Sales Director with extensive experience in initiating marketing and sales strategies that propel growth, gain market share, and increase profits with a proven track record.

For the past 20 years, it has been my dream to create my own business consultancy to help others by using my creative thinking and experience skills. I have a passion for the business of all sizes, having worked on great brands, I enjoy solving problems and I am excited to work with your business. To support this passion and experience I am a fully qualified CMI Coach and Mentor.

My service includes a consultation to help identify gaps and opportunities, a comprehensive report that includes a project plan with timelines and milestones, a cost analysis, and a schedule. I also offer a suite of consultation and mentoring services that will help make your business life easier quickly and smoothly.
